铁路站车垃圾气力输送系统设计研究

摘要 垃圾气力输送系统是一种安全快捷、卫生环保的垃圾收集方式。为响应垃圾分类政策,从铁路站车生活垃圾组分特性出发,依据垃圾气力输送系统的设备组成、运行原理和关键设备技术要求,结合当前铁路站车垃圾组分和气力输送系统的垃圾投放模式,提出2种分类垃圾集中收集方案,设计了无储存功能和有储存功能的生活垃圾投放口,并共用同条输送管道。气力输送系统末端分别对应设计了2套气固分离器、压实机和集装箱,可实现铁路站车生活垃圾的分类投放、分类收集、分类装箱和分类运输的四分类一体化功能,为生活垃圾分类和输送新模式提供技术和设计依据,也为生活垃圾资源化和回收利用提供了便捷基础条件,在交通、大型社区等领域具有重要参考价值。 The garbage pneumatic conveying system is a safe,quick,sanitary and environmental protection garbage collection method.In response to the waste classification policy,based on the characteristics of domestic waste components in railway stations and trains,according to the equipment composition,operating principle and key equipment technical requirements of the waste pneumatic conveying system,based on the present garbage disposal model of railway station and pneumatic conveying system,two schemes of collecting classified garbage are put forward,and the garbage disposal outlets with no storage function and with storage function are innovatively designed,and use the same transportation pipeline.Two sets of gas-solid separators,compactors and containers are respectively designed at the end of the pneumatic conveying system,thus,the integrated function of four categories of domestic waste,such as classified putting,classified collecting,classified packing and classified transportation,is realized,which provides the technical and design basis for the new mode of classification and transportation of domestic waste,it also provides convenient basic conditions for domestic waste recycling and recycling,and has important reference value in the fields of transportation,large-scale community and so on.
