摘要
本文从创新投入、创新产出、创新环境三方面以及创新规模、创新水平两个维度,构建科技创新能力评价指标体系。运用熵权Topsis法、Dagum基尼系数、核密度估计及ESDA探析2012-2021年中国省际科技创新能力时空演变特征。结果显示:(1)中国科技创新能力总体差异呈扩大趋势,主要来源于北方区域内差异;(2)全国和南方地区科技创新发展两极分化现象减弱,北方地区科技创新发展呈多极分化格局;(3)中国省际科技创新能力从2019年开始空间集聚效应不断增强。
This paper constructs an evaluation index system of scientific and technological innovation capability from three aspects:innovation input,innovation output,and innovation environment,as well as two dimensions of innovation scale and innovation level.The entropy-weighted Topsis method,Dagum Gini coefficient,kernel density and ESDA were used to explore the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of China's inter-provincial sci-entific and technological innovation capability from 2012 to 2021.The results show that:(1)the overall difference of China's scientific and technological innovation capability is expanding,mainly due to the differences in the northern region;(2)The polarization of scientific and technological innovation development in the whole country and the southern region is weakened,and the development of scientific and technological innovation in the north-ern region is multipolarized;(3)The spatial agglomeration effect of China's inter-provincial scientific and techno-logical innovation capability has been increasing since 2019.
