考虑重载情况下的主动配电网优化策略

摘要 针对配电网在负荷高峰时刻会出现线路电流超过安全电流值、电网电压过低处等紧急运行情况,提出配电网主动控制策略及其控制系统。在保障配电网全天候安全可靠运行的前提下,以主动控制成本最低为目标,对主动配电网进行网络重构和需求侧管理。通过基于基本环编码的回溯搜索算法对所提出的模型进行求解。最后通过改进的IEEE33配电系统来验证方法的有效性,结果证明本策略能有效改善主动配电网重载情况,提升配电网运行的安全性与可靠性。 In view of the fact that the distribution network is in an emergency state due to the peak load,the line current exceeds the safe current value and the voltage is too low.Based on the development of active distribution network,this paper proposes the active control strategy and control system of distribution network.On the premise of ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the distribution network around the clock,the network reconfiguration and demand side management of the active distribution network are carried out with the goal of minimizing the cost of active control.The proposed model is solved by a backtracking search algorithm based on basic loop coding method.Finally,the effectiveness of the method is verified by the improved IEEE33 distribution system.The results show that the strategy proposed in this article can effectively improve the overload situation of active distribution networks and enhance the safety and reliability.
