摘要
造价管理是建筑企业开展成本管理的关键,也是难点所在。结合BIM技术开展全过程协同管理能在传统管理模式基础上大幅提高管理效率,避免了重复计算、人为误差等问题,意义重大。对此,结合江苏淮安涟水高沟镇高沟社区建设项目住宅楼工程,分析工程实践中以BIM技术协同工程造价管理之效果。应用成果显示BIM技术能有效避免常规管理中常见的管线碰撞、钢筋碰撞等问题,优化了设计方案,保障了施工质量且缩短了工期,应用价值显著。
Cost management is crucial for construction enterprises in their cost management efforts,but it also presents significant challenges.Integrating BIM technology for collaborative management throughout the entire process can greatly enhance management efficiency compared to traditional management models,avoiding issues like redundant calculations and errors,which is highly significant.This analysis focuses on the residential building project in Gaogou Community,Lianshui,Jiangsu,examining the effects of using BIM technology for collaborative cost management in engineering project.The results demonstrate that BIM technology effectively prevents common issues in conventional management,such as pipeline and steel bars collisions,optimizes design scheme,ensures construction quality,and shortens project duration,highlighting its substantial application value.
