摘要
温室气体排放清单是“摸清家底”的重要基础,是助力低碳发展的重要前提。基于惠阳区活动数据,编制了惠阳区2020年温室气体排放清单。惠阳区2020年温室气体直接排放量为122.4万t CO_(2)e,吸收汇为6.87万t CO_(2)e,间接排放量为439.65万t CO_(2)e。CO_(2)是最主要的温室气体,占排放总量的62.3%,能源活动是CO_(2)最大贡献源,占比94.1%,农业活动既是CH_(4)又是N_(2)O最大排放源,占比分别为92.8%,68.2%,而工业生产过程温室气体排放量为0,清单总体不确定性水平为6.65%。惠阳区制定下一阶段低碳发展策略时,需要更重视深入分析具体部门温室气体排放特征,以进一步降低清单不确定性。
Greenhouse gas emission inventory is the important basis for finding out the background and the important prerequisite for low-carbon development.Based on the activity data of Huiyang District,a greenhouse gas emission inventory was developed.The results showed that the direct CO_(2)e emission in Huiyang was 1.224 million tons;the CO_(2)e absorption was 68.7 kilo tons;indirect CO_(2)e emission was 4.3965 million tons.The CO_(2) was the main greenhouse gas,accounting for 62.3%of the total emissions.Energy was the largest emission source,contributing 94.1%to the total CO_(2) emissions.Agriculture were both the largest contributors of CH4 and N_(2)0,accounting for 92.8%and 68.2%respectively.The greenhouse gas emission from industrial processes was zero.The uncertainty of the emission inventory was 6.65%.To formulate a low-carbon policy for the next stage,Huiyang needs to pay more attention to clarify the greenhouse gas emissions characteristics from the specific sectors to reduce the uncertainty of the emission inventory.
