摘要
深圳中能高重复频率X射线自由电子激光(S3FEL)项目计划采用双注入器设计,每套注入器需要一台注入器模组。由于注入器模组内部超导腔采用ABBA的结构形式排列,因此注入器模组低温恒温器外部结构以及内部导冷形式与标准模组有所不同。介绍了注入器模组低温恒温器的设计,对关键零部件的强度、形变和温度场分布进行了有限元分析,并评估了低温下超导腔位置的变化,为注入器模组低温恒温器的设计提供理论依据。
Shenzhen Superconducting Soft X-Ray Free Electron Laser(S3FEL)project plans to adopt dual injector design,and each injector requires one injector cryomodule.Because the superconducting cavity inside the injector cryomodule is planned to be arranged in the structural form of ABBA,the external structure of the cryostat and the internal cooling structure of the injector cryomodule are different from that of the standard cryomodule.The design of cryostat for injector cryomodule is introduced in detail.The strength,deformation and temperature field distribution of key components are analyzed by finite element method.The position change of superconducting cavity is evaluated at low temperature,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of cryostat for injector cryomodule.
