“城市针灸”理念下历史文化街区空间活力提升——以绩溪县中正坊-白石鼓历史街区为例

Promotion of Space Vitality of Historical and Cultural Blocks under the Concept of“Urban Acupuncture and Moxibustion”——Taking the Zhongzheng Fang Baishigu Historical Block in Jixi County as an Example

提升空间活力是促进历史文化街区保护与发展的现实需要。文章引入“城市针灸”理念,基于“病状诊断”剖析空间活力困境、“针灸治疗”激发空间活力的研究思路,以绩溪县中正坊-白石鼓历史文化街区为例,探讨历史文化街区空间活力提升路径以及方法。结果表明:城市针灸理念为历史文化街区更新改造提供了新思路,活力提升是空间“针灸式”改造产生的积极效应;历史文化街区由于建筑、广场等重点节点空间功能失活,“穴位”功效弱,街巷、水圳等线性空间连通性差,“经络”运行不畅,空间活力逐渐衰退;通过保护历史建筑、改造商业空间以及重塑开敞空间促进节点空间功能更新与活化利用,激活关键“穴位”,优化街巷空间以及复兴水圳空间优化线性空间功能,疏通拥堵“经络”,可以吸引人群聚集并产生多样活动,历史文化街区空间活力获得提升。

Enhancing spatial vitality is a practical need for the protection and development of historical and cultural districts.The article introduces the concept of“urban acupuncture and moxibustion”,analyzes the dilemma of space vitality based on“pathological diagnosis”,and the research idea of“acupuncture and moxibustion treatment”to stimulate space vitality.Taking Zhongzheng Fang Baishigu Historical and Cultural Block in Jixi County as an example,this paper explores the path and methods to enhance the spatial vitality of historical and cultural blocks.The results indicate that:Firstly,the concept of urban acupuncture and moxibustion provides new ideas for the renovation of historical and cultural blocks,the improvement of vitality is the positive effect of space“acupuncture and moxibustion”transformation;Secondly,in historical and cultural districts,the functional deactivation of key spatial nodes such as buildings and squares leads to a weakened“acupoint”effect.The connectivity of linear spaces like alleys and water channels is poor,resulting in impaired“meridian”flow,and consequently,agradual decline in spatial vitality;Thirdly,by protecting historical buildings,renovating commercial spaces,and reshaping open spaces,we can promote the renewal and revitalization of node space functions,activate key“acupoints”,optimizing street and alley spaces,as well as revitalizing water channel spaces,optimizing linear spatial functions,and unblocking congested“meridians”,attract crowds to gather and generate diverse activities,the vitality of the historical and cultural block space has been enhanced.Research can provide guidance for the inheritance,protection,and renewal development of historical and cultural districts.
