摘要
目的:分析2014—2023年苏州市姑苏区儿童、孕妇的碘营养状况。方法:依据《江苏省碘缺乏病监测方案》开展辖区内儿童与孕妇尿碘水平监测工作。结果:2014—2023年苏州市姑苏区儿童尿碘水平中位数分别为241.0μg/L、210.0μg/L、144.0μg/L、204.0μg/L、176.4μg/L、202.1μg/L、260.1μg/L、220.2μg/L、188.3μg/L、199.5μg/L。各年份儿童尿碘水平比较,差异有统计学意义(F=10.811,P<0.05);尿碘水平≥200.0μg/L的人数超过50.0%的年份有2014年、2015年、2017年、2019年、2020年、2021年。2014—2023年苏州市姑苏区孕妇尿碘水平中位数分别为166.9μg/L、174.9μg/L、90.5μg/L、186.0μg/L、141.0μg/L、124.5μg/L、180.5μg/L、135.3μg/L、94.7μg/L、123.0μg/L。各年份孕妇尿碘水平比较,差异有统计学意义(F=7.124,P<0.05);尿碘水平低于150.0μg/L的人数超过50.0%的年份有2016年、2018年、2019年、2021年、2022年、2023年。结论:苏州市姑苏区儿童碘营养处于适量偏上水平,孕妇的碘营养水平处于偏下水平,建议辖区内不同类型的重点人群科学补碘。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the iodine nutrition status in children and pregnant women in Gusu District from 2014 to 2023.METHODS According to the annual JIANGSU PROVINCE IODINE DEFICIENCY DISEASE MONITORING SCHEME.The urine of the children and pregnant women were collected.RESULTS The results showed that from 2014 to 2023,the median children’s urine iodine in Gusu District of Suzhou was 241.0μg/L,210.0μg/L,144.0μg/L,204.0μg/L,176.4μg/L,202.1μg/L,260.2μg/L,220.2μg/L,188.3μg/L and 199.5μg/L.The difference of the urinary iodine level between years were statistically significant(F=10.811,P<0.05).More than half of children have higher urine iodine levels higher than 200μg/L in the year of 2014,2015,2017,2019,2020 and 2021.From 2014 to 2023,the median pregnant women urine iodine were 166.9μg/L,174.9μg/L,90.5μg/L,186.0μg/L,141.0μg/L,124.5μg/L,180.5μg/L,135.3μg/L,94.7μg/L and 123.0μg/L.The difference of the urinary iodine level between years were statistically significant(F=7.124,P<0.05).More than half of the pregnant women have lower urine iodine levels less than 150μg/L in the year of 2016,2018,2019,2021,2022 and 2023.CONCLUSION It is reminded that in Gusu District of Suzhou,the iodine nutrition of children’s iodine nutrition is at an appropriate level,but the iodine nutritionof pregnant women is lower,which suggest the iodine supplement should be carried out scientificallye.
