互动达标模式干预对腹腔镜阑尾炎患者术后自护能力的影响

Effect of interactive reaching model intervention on postoperative self-care ability of patients with laparoscopic appendicitis

目的:探究互动达标模式干预对阑尾炎患者腹腔镜手术后自护能力的影响。方法:将2021年10月-2022年10月某院收治的82例阑尾炎腹腔镜手术患者随机分为两组。对照组41例予以常规临床干预,研究组41例在对照组基础上予以互动达标模式干预。评价两组干预前后的负性情绪、自护能力,比较两组的术后并发症发生率、生活质量及干预满意度。结果:研究组干预后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(t=-5.902,-6.651;P<0.05)自护能力量表(ESCA)各维度评分高于对照组(t=5.170,6.287,7.890,7.069;P<0.05);研究组的术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(χ^(2)=5.145,P<0.05);干预后,研究组的生活质量量表(WHOQOL-BREF)各维度评分高于对照组(t=7.376,6.317,4.669,6.750;P<0.05);研究组的干预满意度高于对照组(χ^(2)=6.609,P<0.05)。结论:互动达标模式干预对阑尾炎腹腔镜手术患者的干预效果显著,能有效缓解患者的负性情绪,提升其自护能力,降低其术后并发症,提高其生活质量及满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of interactive reaching model intervention on self-care ability of patients with appendicitis after laparoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 82 patients with laparoscopic appendicitis in the hospital between October 2021 and October 2022 were randomized into two groups.The control group(41 cases)received routine clinical intervention,and the study group(41 cases)received interactive reaching model intervention based on the control group.The negative emotions and self-care ability of the two groups before and after intervention were evaluated,the incidence of postoperative complications,quality of life and intervention satisfaction were compared.Results:The study group had lowerself-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score than the control group after intervention(t=-5.902,-6.651;P<0.05),and the scores of dimensions of self-care ability scale(ESCA)were higher compared with those in the control group(t=5.170,6.287,7.890,7.069;P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was obviously lower in the study group(χ^(2)=5.145,P<0.05).The scores of various dimensions of WHOQOL-BREF in the study group after intervention were higher(t=7.376,6.317,4.669,6.750;P<0.05).The intervention satisfaction in the study group was higher compared to the control group(χ^(2)=6.609,P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of interactive standard model has a significant effect on patients undergoing laparoscopic appendicitis surgery,which can effectivelyrelieve the negative emotions,enhance the self-care ability,reduce postoperative complications,and improve their quality of life and satisfaction.
