摘要
我国农村寄宿生的全面发展情况是值得关注的现实问题,越轨行为作为影响学生全面发展的重要因素之一,需要对其予以关注。基于中国教育追踪调查数据,运用多元回归分析和随机森林回归分析的方法探究了农村寄宿生越轨行为的影响因素和各因素的重要性排序,结果发现:(1)个体因素及人际关系因素均能影响农村寄宿生的越轨行为;(2)教师支持、同伴支持对农村寄宿生越轨行为的影响更为重要;(3)亲子关系对农村寄宿生越轨行为的影响需引起重视。据此,提出构建和谐师生关系、打造良好同伴关系、注重家庭支持、提高农村寄宿生自身情绪控制力和自制力等对策建议,以期帮助农村寄宿生预防或矫正越轨行为。
The comprehensive development of rural boarders is a practical issue that warrants attention.Deviance behavior,as one of the significant factors affecting students' comprehensive development,requires attention.Based on data from the China Education Panel Survey,this study employs multiple regression analysis and random forest regression analysis to investigate the influencing factors of deviant behavior among rural boarders,and the importance ranking of these factors.The results indicate that:(1)both individual factors and interpersonal relationship factors can influence the deviant behavior of rural boarders;(2)teacher support and peer support have a more substantial impact on the deviant behavior of rural boarders;(3)the influence of parent-child relationships on the deviant behavior of rural boarders should not be overlooked.Therefore,this study proposes constructing harmonious teacher-student relationships,fostering positive peer relationships,emphasizing family support,and enhancing the emotional control and self-discipline of rural boarders themselves,to help prevent or correct deviant behavior among them.
