“三全育人”视域下非全日制工商管理硕士思想政治教育的困境与对策--以山东财经大学为例

Dilemma and Countermeasures of Ideological and Political Education for Part-time Master of Business Administration from Perspective of“Three All-Round Education”--A Case Study of Shandong University of Finance and Economics

思想政治教育是非全日制工商管理硕士教育的重要内容。随着招生规模的扩大,传统的思想政治教育模式难以适应学生的需求,专业教育和思想政治教育“两张皮”现象、政工队伍结构单一、生源结构多元等问题增加了思想政治教育难度。据此,非全日制工商管理硕士思想政治教育应不断创新教育模式,不断增强思想政治教育的针对性、多样性和实效性。坚持全员育人,发挥双主体育人作用,形成育人合力;注重全过程育人,融合构建由入学到就业的思政教育体系,培植专业精神;创新全方位育人,拓展育人空间,塑造人文精神。

Ideological and political education is an important guarantee for part-time MBA education.With the expansion of enrollment scale,the traditional ideological and political education model is difficult to meet the educational needs of students.The phenomenon of“two skin”between professional education and ideological and political education,the single structure of political workers and the multiple structure of students increase the difficulty of ideological and political education.Therefore,the ideological and political education of the part-time MBA should continuously innovate educational models and enhance the pertinence,diversity,and effectiveness of ideological and political education,such as adhere to the education of the whole staff,give play to the role of dual subjects and form a joint education;pay attention to the whole process of education,integrate the construction of ideological and political education system from enrollment to employment and cultivate professional spirit;innovate in all aspects of education,expand the space for education and shape the humanistic spirit.
