摘要
分析当前就业指导课程思政与信息化技术融合的现状,包括思政元素挖掘不充分、信息化技术应用有限、融合缺乏系统性等问题。探讨深度融合的必要性和可行性,提出应从强化教师培训、优化课程设计、完善信息化平台、构建科学评价机制等方面推动融合。通过具体案例分析,展示深度融合模式在提升学生职业素养和思政水平方面的显著成效。旨在为高职院校提供可借鉴的融合模式,促进人才培养质量的提高,适应社会对高素质技能人才的需求。
This article deeply analyzes the current situation of the integration of ideological and political education and information technology in the current employment guidance curriculum,including insufficient mining of ideological and political elements,limited application of technology,and lack of systematic integration.It discusses the necessity and feasibility of deep integration,and proposes that it should be promoted by strengthening teacher training,optimizing curriculum design,improving information technology platforms,and constructing a scientific evaluation mechanism.Through specific case analysis,it shows the significant effectiveness of deep integration in improving students professional quality and ideological and political level,in order to provide a reference integration model for vocational colleges,promote the improvement of talent cultivation quality,and adapt to the demand for high-quality skilled talents in society.
