摘要
目前,人工智能视域下的高校数字化教学资源库建设已经取得一些进展,为高校教育带来显著影响,提升了教师的数字化教学资源创作热情,助力高校数字资源管理以及教学方法不断升级迭代。从宏观、中观、微观三个层面探讨人工智能赋能高校数字化教学资源库建设的作用机理,从政策制度困境、技术运用困境、教育实施困境、伦理法治困境四个方面分析人工智能赋能高校数字化教学资源库建设的现实问题,从推动相关政策立法、进行技术革新、树立终身学习理念、建立道德导则四个方面提出人工智能赋能高校数字化教学资源库建设的实现路径。
At present,the construction of digital teaching resource library in colleges and universities from the perspective of artificial intelligence has made some important progress,which has brought significant impact on college education,enhanced teachers enthusiasm for the creation of digital teaching resources,and helped the continuous upgrading and iteration of digital resource management and teaching in colleges and universities.This paper discusses the mechanism of AI-enabled digital teaching resource bank construction in colleges and universities from macro,meso and micro levels,and analyzes the realistic dilemma of AI-enabled digital teaching resource bank construction in colleges and universities from four aspects:policy and system dilemma,technology application dilemma,education implementation dilemma and ethical and legal dilemma.This paper puts forward the realization path of AI-enabled digital teaching resource bank construction from four aspects:promoting related policies and legislation,carrying out technological innovation,establishing lifelong learning concept and establishing moral guidelines.
