农牧高职院校毕业生“慢就业”问题分析与应对策略--以畜牧兽医专业为例

Analysis of Problem of“Slow Employment”for Graduates of Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Vocational Colleges and Corresponding Strategies--A Case Study of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine

畜牧兽医专业在乡村振兴中发挥重要作用,而农牧高职院校是“乡村振兴战略”人才培养的主阵地,新农科建设“三部曲”等国家重大战略部署的实施需要农牧院校培养具有现代农业技术、创新创业素质的畜牧兽医专业人才。近年来,大学生“慢就业”现象愈发突出,并呈普遍趋势,对我国整体的就业促进工作产生了深刻影响。对畜牧兽医专业毕业生“慢就业”的现状、成因及应对策略进行分析,旨在帮助农牧高职院校毕业生顺利毕业、尽早就业,落实“保就业”“稳就业”,实现农业类高职院校与地方乡村振兴共赢发展。

Animal husbandry and veterinary profession plays an important part in rural revitalization and agricultural and animal husbandry vocational colleges are the main battlefield for talent cultivation in the“rural revitalization strategy”.The implementation of national major strategic deployments such as the“trilogy”of new agricultural science construction requires agricultural and animal husbandry colleges to cultivate animal husbandry and veterinary professionals with modern agricultural technology and innovative entrepreneurial qualities.In recent years,the phenomenon of“slow employment”among college students has become increasingly prominent,and there is a trend towards a common phenomenon,which has had a profound impact on the overall employment promotion work.This article analyzes the phenomenon,causes,and coping strategies of“slow employment”among graduates of animal husbandry and veterinary majors,in order to help graduates of agricultural and veterinary vocational colleges graduate smoothly and find employment as soon as possible,achieve“employment protection”and“stable employment”,and achieve a win-win situation between agricultural vocational colleges and local rural revitalization development.
