高职数学分层教学新模式实践研究

摘要 随着高等教育的普及,高职院校生源多样化、差异性大的问题愈加突出,专业课对数学的要求与大多数学生数学实际学习能力不相配,对人才培养造成很大影响。高职数学教学要以学生实际知识基础为依据,合理组织教学内容,让学生学习真正“学得懂”的数学、学习“有用”的数学,服务于专业课程学习的需求和学生的发展。在学分制的导向下,建立全方位学业评价机制,实施分层教学,适应不同学生学习能力和不同专业的需求,有助于实现数学教学顺利开展,提高人才培养质量。 With the popularization of higher education,the diversity and great differences in the sources of students in higher vocational colleges are very prominent.The needs of professional courses for mathematics are far from matching the actual mathematical learning ability of most students,which has a great impact on the talent training specifications.It is necessary to reasonably organize the teaching content and let students learn“mathematics that they can really understand”and“useful mathematics”based on their actual knowledge foundation and professional needs.Under the guidance of the credit system,we should establish a comprehensive academic evaluation mechanism,implement hierarchical teaching to adapt to students learning ability and professional needs,which will help to smoothly carry out mathematics teaching and improve the quality of talent training.
