新时代高校院系关工委工作长效机制研究——以南京大学地球科学与工程学院为例

Research on the Long-term Mechanism of Cares for the Next Generation Working Committee of College and Department in the New Era:Taking the School of Earth Sciences and Engineering at Nanjing University as an Example

高校院系关心下一代工作委员会在机制建设方面普遍缺乏系统性和完备性,而院系关工委作为高校最基层的一级组织,是高校关工委发挥育人功效极具效能和活力的一级组织,其工作长效机制的实践和研究极具价值。南京大学地球科学与工程学院关工委通过实践探索,凝练出了具有可操作性的、有一定辐射意义的普遍性启示。基于此,探索如何把新鲜的实践经验上升到理性高度,从中提炼出普遍适用于院系关工委工作的基本原则和一般规律。

Cares for the Next Generation Working Committee of College Department(referred to as the College Care Committee)generally lacks systematicity and completeness in its mechanism construction.As the most basic organization within universities,the College Care Committee is the most effective and dynamic organization in supporting and assisting students in their development into talented individuals.The practice and research of the long-term mechanism of the College Care Committee are of great value.The School of Earth Sciences and Engineering at Nanjing University,through practical exploration,has distilled universally applicable insights with operability and certain radiating significance.Based on this,the main purpose of this study is to elevate fresh practical experiences to a rational level and then extract the basic principles and general rules that are universally applicable to the long-term mechanisms of the College Care Committees.
