摘要
运用随机整群抽样法,抽取赣州市两所有代表性的小学三至六年级学生1501名,探讨学龄儿童的计算障碍发生率、疾病分布特征及影响因素。结果共筛查出计算障碍儿童48人,发生率为3.20%;儿童计算障碍在性别及年级分布上均无显著性差异;两组儿童之间的母亲职业、完成作业的困难程度及家中图书种类差异具有统计学意义;非条件logistic回归分析显示,没有影响因素指标进入回归模型,表明计算障碍的发生与家庭背景、个人学习习惯及家庭环境等因素不存在直接关联。
Using the random cluster sampling method,1501 students in grades 3 to 6 from two representative elementary school in Ganzhou City were selected to explore the prevalence of dyscalculia,the characteristics of disease distribution,and the influencing factors of school-age children.The results showed that a total of 48 children with dyscalculia were screened,with an incidence rate of 3.20%.There were no significant differences in the distribution of children’s dyscalculia in terms of gender and grade level;the differences in mothers’occupations,difficulty in finishing homework,and the types of books at home between the two groups of children were statistically significant.The unconditional logistic regression analysis shows that no influencing factors were included in the regression model.The results implied that the occurrence of dyscalculiais not directly related to factors such as family background,personal study habits,and family environment.
