新时代高校课程思政评价机制研究

摘要 高校课程思政评价机制是高校课程思政落地生根的重要组成。高校课程思政领导管理层应狠抓落实,为课程思政评价提供制度政策保障,营造文化氛围;采用多元化评价机制,建立立体的、多方位的评价模型;评价程序“两化”及评价主客体“两化”,为课程思政评价机制有效实施提供有力保障;评价标准及评价导向一元化,立德树人、德智体美劳全面发展的评价标准体现高校的使命担当,星星之火可以燎原的评价导向可以以点带面,全面提升高校课程思政评价水平;评价原则体现“三性”特征,坚持综合化原则评价,考虑到评价涉及问题的复杂性,采取针对性措施,确保课程思政评价客观、科学、合理、有效。 The evaluation of curriculum ideology and politics in university courses is an important component for the implementation and deep rooting of curriculum ideology and politics in university courses.The leadership and management of curriculum ideology and politics in university courses should pay close attention to the implementation,provide institutional and policy guarantees for the evaluation of curriculum ideology and politics in courses,and create a cultural atmosphere.The ideological and political education curriculum in universities should adopt a diversified evaluation mechanism and establish a three-dimensional and multi-faceted evaluation model.The“dual transformation”of the evaluation process and the“dual transformation”of the evaluation subject and object provide strong guarantees for the effective implementation of curriculum ideology and politics.The standardization of evaluation standards and evaluation guidance reflects the mission and responsibility of universities,building morality and cultivating talents and the comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor reflect universities’commitment to their mission.A single spark can ignite a prairie fire,and its evaluation guidance can comprehensively improve the level of curriculum ideology and politics of university courses from points to areas to area.The evaluation principle reflects the characteristics of the“three qualities”,adheres to the principle of comprehensive evaluation,considers the complexity of the evaluation issues,and takes targeted measures to ensure that the curriculum ideology and politics evaluation of courses is objective,scientific,reasonable,and effective.
