摘要
探讨本博贯通模式人才培养目标和特点以及对教学的要求,分析“植物生理实验”教学现状,并提出改革措施。本博贯通是高校培养拔尖创新人才的重要途径,“植物生理实验”作为重要专业基础课程,仍存在教学资源受限、教学内容陈旧、实验教学方法单一和评价方式不完善等问题。为此,通过优化教学资源配置、整合优化实验教学内容、革新实验教学方法、优化实验考核方式等措施提升实验教学效果,为提升拔尖创新型新农科人才培养质量,促进本博贯通模式下基础实验课程改革打下良好基础。
This article aims to explore the objectives,characteristics,and pedagogical requirements of Bachelor’s to Ph.D.educational programs,while analyzing the current situation of Plant Physiology Experiment teaching and proposing corresponding reform measures.The Bachelor’s to Ph.D.educational program is an important way for universities to cultivate top-notch innovative talents.As an important professional basic course,Plant Physiology Experiment faces challenges such as limited teaching resources,outdated content,monotonous experimental teaching methods,and imperfect evaluation systems.To address these issues,this study advocates for enhancing experimental teaching effectiveness by optimizing the allocation of teaching resources,integrating and refining experimental teaching content,innovating experimental teaching methodologies,and optimizing experimental assessment methods.These measures will lay a solid foundation for improving the quality of cultivating innovative new agricultural science talents and reforming fundamental experimental courses under the Bachelor’s to Ph.D.educational programs.
