探讨思想政治教育在外科医学规培中的作用与影响。通过文献综述和实证研究等方法,分析思想政治教育对外科医学规培生的道德观念、人文素养和专业责任感的引导作用。研究发现,思想政治教育能够促进外科医学规培生形成正确的医者信仰,强化医务人员的医德医风建设。同时,思想政治教育对规培生的职业态度和责任心具有积极影响,能够增强其对患者的关爱和责任意识。通过对改进外科医学规培教育模式、加强思政教育内容与方法提出建议,旨在培养更加符合社会需求和医学伦理要求的优秀外科医学人才。

The purpose of this study is to explore the role and influence of ideological and political education in surgical medicine training.Through literature review and empirical research methods,the guiding role of ideological and political education on the moral concept,humanistic quality and professional responsibility of surgery and medicine is analyzed.It is found that ideological and political education can promote the formation of the correct belief of doctors,and strengthen the medical ethics construction of medical staff.At the same time,ideological and political education also has a positive impact on their professional attitude and responsibility,and improves their care and responsibility awareness for patients.This study puts forward suggestions on improving the mode of surgical medical education and strengthening the content and methods of ideological and political education,aiming to cultivate excellent surgical talents who are more in line with social needs and medical ethics.
