航空宇航学科卓越工程人才培养探索与实践

摘要 针对航空宇航学科卓越工程人才培养问题,开展面向综合能力提升的航空宇航专业精品课程设计与教学方法研究,包括以人为本的多元化项目实践设计研究、学科竞赛驱动的综合创新能力培养研究和工程需求牵引的理论创新能力培养研究等四方面;探索和发展课程、实践和项目驱动的CDIO科教融合育人新模式,尝试打造“精品课程+项目实践+竞赛锻炼+总结创新”的全链条全周期人才培养方法,为航空宇航专业卓越工程人才培养提供新思路、新方法、新实践。 In view of the training of excellent engineering talents in aeronautical and astronautical discipline,aiming at the improvement of comprehensive ability,four aspects of research were carried out,which include research on the design and teaching methods of excellent courses for aerospace specialty,the practice design of diversified people-oriented projects,the cultivation of comprehensive innovation ability driven by discipline competition,and the training of theoretical innovation ability of engineering demand traction.This paper aims to explore and develop a new model of CDIO science and education integration driven by curriculum,practice and project,tries to create a whole-chain and whole-cycle talent training method of“excellent courses+project practice+competition training+summary innovation”,and provide new ideas,new methods and new practices for excellent engineering talents in aeronautical and astronautical discipline.
