摘要
聚焦微创胸外科手术技能学习曲线的量化分析及其对教学改进的启示。通过绘制学习曲线,量化分析学习者在不同学习阶段的进步速度和技能掌握状况,设计并实施了模块化学习内容,增加模拟器训练机会以及即时反馈机制,提高了学习者的学习效率和手术技能。通过问卷调查、技能测试和学习曲线再次进行分析,发现这些措施加快了学习者的手术技能、学习兴趣和自信心的提升速度。这不仅为微创胸外科手术技能的教学提供了有效的改进策略,也为教学方法的改进提供了新的思路。
This paper focuses on the quantitative analysis of the learning curve of minimally invasive thoracic surgery skills and its implications for teaching improvement.By drawing the learning curve,quantitatively analyzing the progress speed and skill mastery of learners at different learning stages,the modular learning content,increasing simulator training opportunities and instant feedback mechanism were designed and implemented,and the learning efficiency and surgical skills of learners were improved.Through questionnaires,skill tests,and re-analysis of learning curves,it was found that these measures accelerated the improvement of learners’surgical skills,learning interest,and self-confidence.This study not only provides an effective improvement strategy for the teaching of minimally invasive thoracic surgery skills,but also provides a new idea for the improvement of teaching methods.
