摘要
数字化为乡村教育注入了新的活力,有力地缩小了城乡教育差距。但不可否认的是,乡村教育的数字化进程尚处萌芽阶段,在发展过程中面临着诸多的矛盾和困难:政策愿景与实践执行有偏差,乡村数字教育资源本土化不足,乡村教师数字时代教学适应力欠缺,乡村教育领域中数据治理体系不完善。为破解上述难题,需优化政策传导机制以精准推动教育数字化战略实施、以需定供实现教育资源的精准适配与高效利用、强化培训与评价提升乡村教师数字时代教学适应力、建立健全乡村教育数据治理体系等实践策略,积极响应国家教育数字化战略行动,助力乡村教育全面振兴。
Digitization has injected new vitality into rural education and effectively narrowed the gap between urban and rural education.However,it cannot be denied that the digitalization process of rural education is still in its nascent stage,and it faces many contradictions and difficulties in its development:deviation between policy vision and practical implementation,insufficient localization of rural digital education resources,lack of adaptability of rural teachers to digital era teaching,and imperfect data governance system in the field of rural education.To address these challenges,it is necessary to optimize the policy transmission mechanism to accurately promote the implementation of the digital education strategy,achieve precise adaptation and efficient utilization of educational resources using supply-decided model,enhance the adaptability of rural teachers to teaching in the digital age through strengthened training and evaluation,and actively respond to the national education digital strategy and other actions by establishing a sound rural education data governance system and other practical strategies,to help promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural education.
