构建技能型社会对提升国家的经济、科技和综合国力至关重要。澳大利亚的技能生态系统被视为职业教育与培训机构、行业之间沟通联系的新途径,具有完善的制度框架,包括明确的愿景与项目范围、多元化的团队与有效的管理、战略协同与政策支持,以及持续的评估与改进。这一生态系统展现出开放合作、灵活适应、持续优化和长效发展的核心特征,为我国技能型社会的建设提供了重要的借鉴意义。我国正处于技能型社会建设的关键阶段,应当从建立多元参与主体的技能生态命运共同体、建立灵活的技能培训和认证体系、建立动态的技能评估与反馈机制、优化技能型人才培养体系等方面合力推进。

Building a skill-based society is essential to enhance the country's economy,technology and comprehensive national strength.The skills ecosystem in Australia is regarded as a new approach for communication and connection between vocational education and training institutions and industries with a sound institutional framework,including a clear vision and project scope,diversified team and effective management,strategic coordination and policy support,and continuous evaluation and improvement.This ecosystem shows core characteristics of open cooperation,flexible adaptation,continuous optimization and long-term development,which provides a significant reference for the construction of a skill-based society in China.China is currently at a critical stage in the construction of a skil-based society.It is supposed to jointly promote it from aspects such as establishing a skills ecosystem community with multiple participating subjects,establishing a flexible skills training and certification system,establishing a dynamic skills assessment and feedback mechanism,and optimizing the training system for skilled talents.
