摘要
在分析高炉喷煤收粉系统安全稳定性的因素基础上,提出了使用“四合一”结构的落煤管替换螺旋输送机,及使用电动蝶阀替换卸灰阀的改造方案,实施后,减少了煤粉泄漏和设备的故障率,提高了炉喷煤收粉系统安全稳定性。
On the basis of analyzing the factors of safety and stability of coal injection and pulverized collection system of blast furnace,this paper puts forward the transformation scheme of replacing spiral conveyor with coal chute using“four-in-one”structure and replacing ash discharge valve with electric butterfly valve.After implementation,the pulverized coal leakage and equipment failure rate are reduced,and the safety and stability of coal injection and pulverized collection system is improved.
