摘要
通过利用无线传输技术,将格雷母线编码电缆定位信号和四大车PLC联锁信号传送到中央控制器进行运算,解决四大车移动状态下采用人工操作造成的工作效率和安全性较低的通讯问题,为四大车的全自动化提供更高效、合理的控制和定位方式,经实际应用效果良好。
By using wireless transmission technology,the positioning signal of Gray bus coded cable and the PLC interlocking signal of the four main locomotives are transmitted to the central controller for calculation,which solves the communication problem of low work efficiency and safety caused by manual operation in the moving state of the four main locomotives,and provides more efficient and reasonable control and positioning mode for the full automation of the four main locomotives.As a result,the practical application effect is good.
