Practice of Reducing Repair Rate of Handset Radio of Radio Marshalling of Railway Plane System

手持台是铁路平面无线调车系统的重要组成部分,针对铁路平面无线调车系统手持台返修率高问题,通过对故障类型进行统计分析,找出故障的主要原因,制定相应对策。项目实施后,手持台返修率明显降低,由原来的31.91%降至13.69%以下,取得了预期效果。

Handset radio is an important part of radio marshalling of railway plane system.In view of the problems of high repair rate of handset radio in radio marshalling of railway plane system,through statistical analysis of fault types,the main causes of faults are found out and corresponding countermeasures are formulated.After the implementation of the project,the repair rate of the handset radio has been significantly reduced,from the original 31.91%to less than 13.96%,and the expected results have been achieved.
