合龙温度对变截面连续刚构桥梁结构性能的影响分析

摘要 为研究不同合龙温度对桥梁结构的变形和受力影响,以芦沟河特大桥为工程背景,采用三维有限元分析软件建立桥梁的数值模型,结合施工阶段的影响,对桥梁合龙段施工时温度对结构性能的影响进行分析。结果表明:合龙温度对主梁的应力和位移变形影响较为显著。随着合龙温度从5℃提高至15℃时,温度对桥梁结构的位移变形影响也增大了2倍;合龙温度梯度变化5℃时,主梁截面下缘的应力变化幅度大于上缘的应力变化幅度,最大差值可达32.5%。 In order to study the deformation and stress effects of different closure temperatures on bridge structures,taking the Lugou River Extra Large Bridge as the engineering background,a three-dimensional finite element analysis software was used to establish a numerical model of the bridge.Combined with the influence of the construction stage,the influence of temperature on the structural performance during the closure section construction of the bridge was analyzed.The results show that the effect of closure temperature on the stress and displacement deformation of the main beam is significant.As the temperature of the bridge increases from 5℃to 15℃,the impact of temperature on the displacement and deformation of the bridge structure also doubles;When closure temperature changes by 5℃,the stress change amplitude at the lower edge of the main beam section is greater than that at the upper edge,and the maximum difference can reach 32.5%.
