摘要
本文基于化工园区基础设施建设现状,从园区布局、周边敏感目标、配套设施、危险化学品运输道路规划等方面进行危险化学品停车场选址研究,结合国家法规要求,进行总体布局、公辅设施、安全管控、信息化管控体系等工程化建设,科学防范和化解化工园区危险化学品运输车辆聚集而产生的重大安全风险,推动化工园区高质量发展。
Based on the current situation of infrastructure construction in chemical parks,this paper conducts research on the site selection of hazardous chemical parking lots from the aspects of park layout,surrounding sensitive targets,supporting facilities,and hazardous chemicals transportation road planning,and carries out engineering construction such as overall layout,public and auxiliary facilities,safety control,and information management and control system in combination with the requirements of national laws and regu-lations,so as to scientifically prevent and resolve major safety risks caused by the gathering of hazardous chemical transportation vehicles in chemical parks,and promote the high-quality development of chemical parks.
