合欢花中总黄酮响应曲面法提取工艺优化及抗氧化活性研究

摘要 将乙醇浓度、液料比、浸提温度作为合欢花中总黄酮提取率的考察因素,采用响应面法用Box-Behnken模型对提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,合欢花中总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件为在80℃水浴中用75%乙醇,以液料比25∶1(mL∶g)浸提,在上述条件下合欢花总黄酮实际提取率为25.847%±0.201%,由此可得提取率的验证值与预测值相差较小,即说明模型可靠,可供其他有关合欢花黄酮类物质提取类研究做参考。 The ethanol concentration,liquid ratio and extraction temperature were taken as the factors to investigate the extraction rate of total flavonoids from albizzia.The extraction process was optimized by response surface methodology and Box-Behnken model.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Albizzia flowers were ethanol concentration of 75%,liquid ratio of 25∶1(mL∶g),temperature of 80℃,and the actual extraction ratio of flavonoids from albizzia flowers was 25.847%±0.201%.The difference between the verified value and the predicted value of the extraction ratio is small,indicating that the model is reliable and it can be used as a reference for other studies on the extraction of flavonoids from acacia flowers.
