钻井液用环保抑制剂的合成及其性能评价

摘要 钻井过程中,泥页岩黏土含量高,易出现水化膨胀,造成井眼缩径、起下钻困难以及井壁失稳等复杂问题。为了解决上述问题,本文通过季铵盐改性聚精氨酸制备一种抗高温环保抑制剂(ZY-H),通过线性膨胀实验、热滚回收率、膨润土层间距测试等方法评价其抑制性能。实验表明,抑制剂(ZY-H)显著降低黏土水化膨胀,提高露头岩的滚动回收率,具有良好的抗高温性能,且与钻井液具有良好的配伍性能。另外,从生物毒性和生物降解性分析,表明抑制剂(ZY-H)具有良好的环境友好性能。 In the drilling process,the clay content of mud shale is high,which is easy to appear hydration expansion,resulting in complex problems such as hole shrinkage,difficulty in tripping and wellbore instability.In order to solve the above problems,this paper prepared a high temperature resistant environmental inhibitor(ZY-H)by modifying polyarginine with quaternary ammonium salt,and evaluated its inhibition performance by linear expansion experiment,hot roll recovery rate and bentonite layer spacing test.The experiment showed that the inhibitor(ZY-H)can significantly reduce the hydration expansion of clay,improve the rolling recovery rate of outcrop rock,has good high-temperature resistance,and has good compatibility with drilling fluid.In addition,the analysis of biotoxicity and biodegradability showed that the inhibitor(ZY-H)had good environmental friendly properties.
