基于熵权法的泡排工艺经济技术评价研究

摘要 井底积液降低了气井自喷能力和产气能力,严重影响气井经济效益和开采寿命,必须定期进行排水采气,而泡沫排水采气工艺因其施工方便和成本低的优点已经成为气田排水采气的主体措施。对泡排工艺进行经济技术综合评价研究以及影响因素分析具有理论和现实意义,有助于优化工艺,降低成本,增加泡排效益。根据泡排实际工艺以及经济技术分析,从技术和经济两个层面选取投资回报期、增气产量等9个评价指标建立泡排工艺经济技术综合评价体系,并且采用熵权法进行实例分析。结果表明产气量、财务内部收益率、财务净现值率对泡排工艺综合评价的影响最为显著,应针对性地进行控制处理。最后给出合理化对策建议,包括优化生产计划、加强技术创新、强化质量管理。 The liquid accumulation at the bottom of the well reduces the natural flow capacity and gas production capacity of the gas well,which seriously affects the economic benefit and mining life of the gas well,so it is necessary to carry out drainage and gas production regularly.The foam drainage and gas production technology has become the main measure of drainage and gas production of the gas field because of its advantages of convenient construction and low cost.It is of theoretical and practical significance to carry out comprehensive evaluation of economy and technology and analysis of influencing factors,which is helpful to optimize the process,reduce the cost and increase the benefit of bubble drainage.According to the actual process and economic and technical analysis of bubble drainage,this paper selects 9 evaluation indexes such as investment return period and gas increase output from both technical and economic levels to establish an economic and technical comprehensive evaluation system of bubble drainage process,and uses entropy weight method to analyze the example.The results show that gas production,financial internal rate of return and financial net present value ratio have the most significant effects on the comprehensive evaluation of bubble discharge process,and should be targeted control treatment.Finally,the rationalization countermeasures and suggestions are given,including optimizing production plan,strengthening technological innovation and strengthening quality management.
