摘要
通过分析电力行业与专业、岗位与课程、技能证书与技能大赛对接中存在的问题,从教学目标调整、教学内容重构、数字化资源完善、考核评价体系优化、思政元素全过程融入等方面提出课程教学改革的具体措施,探索基于“三阶段、七步骤”构建产教融合背景下的岗课赛证思多元融合的“电气安全技术”课程教学改革,提升课程与产业岗位能力的匹配度。
By analyzing the problems existing in the connection between the power industry and majors,positions and courses,skills certificates and skills competitions,this paper proposes specific measures for curriculum teaching reform from the aspects of adjustment of teaching objectives,reconstruction of teaching content,improvement of digital resources,optimization of assessment and evaluation system,and integration of ideological and political elements throughout the whole process.To explore the teaching reform of Electrical Safety Technology based on the"three stages and seven steps"to build the integration of production and education under the background of post,course,certification and reflection,and improve the matching degree between courses and industrial post ability.
