摘要
阅读推广的高质量开展离不开人才队伍的支撑。文章关注阅读推广团队的组织模式,采用多案例研究方法,基于开放式创新理论,结合少数民族地区阅读推广实践情况,对比分析自主创新、合作创新、主导创新三种创新范式下阅读推广团队的组织模式,归纳总结其运行的关键要素,提出少数民族地区阅读推广团队建设策略,即明确团队建设目标,构建人才培育体系;厘清团队职能分工,促进高效协作、优势互补;搭建交流平台,构建合理、高效的团队运营机制;持续建设和凝练团队品牌,做好优质资源建设与积累。
The high quality of reading promotion cannot be carried out without the support of talent team.The article focuses on the organization mode of reading promotion team,adopts multi-case study method,based on the open innovation theory,combines the practice of reading promotion in ethnic minority areas,compares and analyzes the organization mode of reading promotion team under the three innovation paradigms of independent innovation,cooperative innovation and dominant innovation,summarizes the key elements of its operation,and puts forward the strategy of reading promotion team construction in ethnic minority areas,i.e.,clarifying the team construction.We propose strategies for the construction of reading promotion teams in ethnic minority areas,namely,to clarify the objectives of team construction and build a talent cultivation system,to clarify the division of functions of the team and promote efficient collaboration and complementarity of advantages,to set up a communication platform and build a reasonable and efficient team operation mechanism,to continue to build and crystallize the brand of the team,and to do a good job in building and accumulating high-quality resources.
