Research on Influencing Factors of Online Health Information Substitution Seeking Behavior of the Elderly:A Perspective of the Substituted

老年人作为信息弱势群体,被他人替代搜寻网络健康信息的行为十分普遍。从被替代者视角,对老年人在线健康信息替代搜寻行为影响因素进行研究,为弥合老年人信息鸿沟提供参考和借鉴。文章基于计划行为理论和健康信念模型,利用结构方程模型从被替代者视角对老年人在线健康信息替代搜寻行为影响因素展开实证研究。研究发现感知易感、感知收益、电子健康素养、社会支持正向影响老年人健康信息替代搜寻行为;感知障碍负向影响老年人健康信息替代搜寻行为。行为态度在感知收益和老年人健康信息替代搜寻行为,以及感知易感和老年人健康信息替代搜寻行为之间起到了显著的部分中介效应。

As an information vulnerable group,it is common for elderly people to be substituted by others in searching for online health information.From the perspective of the substituted,this study investigates the influencing factors of online health information substitution search behavior among the elderly,providing reference and inspiration for bridging the information gap of the elderly.The article is based on the Theory of Planned Behavior and the Health Belief Model,and uses Structural Equation Modeling to empirically study the influencing factors of online health information substitution search behavior among the elderly from the perspective of the substituted.Research has found that perceived susceptibility,perceived benefits,electronic health literacy,and social support have a positive impact on elderly peoples health information substitution search behavior,and that perceived disorders have a negative impact on the health information replacement search behavior of elderly people.Behavioral attitude plays a significant partial mediating effect between perceived benefits and elderly health information substitution search behavior,as well as between perceived susceptibility and elderly health information substitution search behavior.
