摘要
为确定桫椤叶蜂(Rhoptroceros cyatheae)成虫触角感器的形态、类型和分布,利用扫描电镜对桫椤叶蜂成虫触角进行超微结构观察。结果表明:桫椤叶蜂成虫触角呈线状,主要由柄节、梗节和鞭节组成,其中,鞭节有7小节,雌蜂的触角长度明显大于雄蜂;雌、雄蜂触角上共发现表皮孔和10种感器,包括毛形感器、锥形感器、B9hm氏鬃毛、刺形感器、槽纹感器和钟形感器,其中,毛形感器和刺形感器有2种亚型,锥形感器有3种亚型;毛形感器和锥形感器在桫椤叶蜂触角上分布广、数量多,表明其在寄主选择和感受性信息素方面发挥重要作用。
To determine the morphology,types,and distribution of antennal sensilla in adult Rhoptroceros cyatheae,scanning electron microscopy was utilized for ultrastructural observation of the adult antennae.The results showed that the antennae of R.cyatheae are linear,primarily composed of the scape,pedicel,and flagellum,with the flagellum consisting of 7 segments.Notably,the antennal length of females is significantly greater than that of males.A total of 10 types of sensilla were identified on both male and female antennae,including trichoid sensilla,basiconica sensilla,B hm bristle,chaetica sensilla,fluted sensilla,and campaniform sensilla.Among these,trichoid and chaetica sensilla exhibited two subtypes,while basiconica sensilla displayed three subtypes.Trichoid and basiconica sensilla were widely distributed and abundant on the antennae of R.cyatheae,suggesting their significant role in host selection and the sensitivity pheromone.
