团体辅导在培育高职学生积极心理品质中的作用机制研究

摘要 以某高职院校为例,调查高职大学生积极心理品质的现状及其影响因素,探究团体辅导干预方式在提升高职学生积极心理品质中的作用。采用《中国大学生积极心理品质量表》,对386名高职大学生的积极心理品质现状进行调查,同时选取相同专业两个平行班101名高职大学生为研究对象,其中,实验组51人,对照组50人,对实验组进行团体辅导干预,为期12周,每周2小时;对照组则按常规开展日常学生管理及心理健康教育工作。利用调查结果分析家庭经济情况、家庭教养方式对高职学生的积极心理品质及其相关因素的影响,实验组在团体辅导干预后,实验组和对照组积极心理品质和相关维度的差异均有统计学意义。据此得出结论,团体辅导对提升高职学生积极心理品质具有积极作用。 Taking a higher vocational college as an example,this paper investigates the current situation and influencing factors of the positive psychological quality of vocational college students,and explores the role of group counseling intervention in improving the positive psychological quality of higher vocational students.The current situation of positive psychological quality of 386 college students was investigated by using the"Chinese College Students'Positive Psychological Quality Scale",and 101 college students in two parallel classes of the same major were selected as the research objects,including 51 in the experimental group and 50 in the control group,and the experimental group was subjected to group counseling intervention for 12 weeks,2 hours per week.The control group carried out daily student management and mental health education as usual.The results of the survey were used to analyze the influence of family economic situation and family parenting style on the positive psychological quality and related factors of higher vocational students,and the differences in positive psychological quality and related dimensions between the experimental group and the control group were statistically significant after group counseling intervention.Based on this,it is concluded that group counseling has a positive effect on improving the positive psychological quality of higher vocational students.
