提升湖南涉外法律服务能力的实践路径

Practice Path of Enhancing Hunan Foreign-Related Legal Service Ability

随着中非经贸论坛永久落户长沙,以及“一带一路”倡议和中国(湖南)自由贸易试验区的深入实施,湖南省对涉外法律服务的需求与日俱增,但当前仍存在涉外法律服务供给存在不足、人才培养机制不健全,涉外法律服务综合信息查询平台阙如、涉外律师事务所管理与规范机制亟待提升等问题。为适配湖南涉外法律服务需求的增长,应加大涉外法律服务人才的培养力度,提升涉外法律服务人员的专业素养和综合能力;集成法律服务资源,搭建涉外法律服务信息综合平台;完善涉外律师事务所的内部管理机制以及多部门统筹规划,以提升湖南省涉外服务质量和效率。

With the permanent settlement of the China-Africa Economic and Trade Forum in Changsha,as well as the in-depth implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative and the China(Hunan)Pilot Free Trade Zone,the demand for foreign-related legal services in Hunan Province is increasing.However,at present,there are still problems such as insufficient supply of foreign-related legal services,imperfect personnel training mechanism,lack of comprehensive information query platform for foreign-related legal services,and incomplete management and standardization mechanism of foreign-related law firms.In order to meet the growing demand for foreign-related legal services in Hunan,we should strengthen the training of foreign-related legal service personnel and improve their professional quality and comprehensive ability,integrate legal service resources and build a comprehensive platform for foreign-related legal service information,improve the internal management mechanism and multi-department planning of foreign-related law firms to promote the quality and efficiency of foreign-related services in Hunan Province.
