摘要
大学生普遍存在拖延行为,为了探讨大学生心智化、自尊、生命意义感与拖延行为的关系,分析心智化影响拖延行为的心理机制,采用青少年反省功能问卷中文版(RFQY)、一般拖延量表(GPS)、自尊量表(SES)和生命意义感问卷(MLQ)对湖南省某高校学生进行问卷调查。研究发现:心智化与自尊、生命意义感存在正相关,而心智化、自尊、生命意义感与拖延行为存在负相关;大学生的心智化、自尊和生命意义感的中介作用及两者的链式中介作用能负向预测拖延行为;心智化直接影响大学生拖延行为,自尊和生命意义感的独立中介作用及两者的链式中介作用间接影响大学生拖延行为。对此,可通过直接干预和辅导来减少、防治大学生的拖延行为,同时通过提升大学生心智化、自尊和生命意义感来多方面协调、改善大学生的拖延行为。
Procrastination is a common problem among college students.To explore the relationship between mentalization,self-esteem,sense of meaning in life and procrastination,and to analyze the psychological mechanism of mental influence on procrastination,a convenient sampling method was adopted in a college in Hunan province,and a total of 1285 college students were investigated by using the Reflective Function Questionnaire for Youth(RFQY),General Procrastination Scale(GPS),Self-esteem Scale(SES)and Meaning in Life Questionnaire life(MLQ).The results showed that mentalization is positively correlated with self-esteem and sense of life meaning,while mentalization,self-esteem,and sense of life meaning are negatively correlated with procrastination behavior;the mediating effects of college students’mentalization,self-esteem and sense of life meaning and their chain mediating effects can negatively predict procrastination behavior.It can be seen that mentalization directly affects college students’procrastination behavior,while the independent mediating effect of self-esteem and sense of life meaning,and the chain mediating effect of both indirectly affect college students’procrastination behavior.In this regard,the procrastination behavior of college students can be reduced and prevented by direct intervention and counseling.At the same time,the procrastination behavior of college students can be coordinated and overcome by improving their mentalization,self-esteem and sense of life meaning.
