Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of the Quality of Agricultural Master’s Dissertations

在乡村振兴战略背景下,农业硕士专业学位研究生教育进入了新的发展阶段,迫切需要通过提升学位论文质量来提升高层次农业人才的培养质量。针对目前农业硕士专业学位论文选题范围狭窄、研究内容缺乏创新性、评价标准单一等问题,可从建立农业硕士专业学位论文评价体系、完善农业硕士专业学位论文质量监管体系、加强导师队伍建设和完善双导师制度、加强研究生综合素质培养来提升学位论文质量和学位论文应用价值,从而提高农业硕士专业学位研究生培养质量,推进研究生教育高质量发展。

Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,the postgraduate education of agricultural master’s degree enters a new stage of development,and it is urgent to improve the training quality of high-level agricultural talents by improving the quality of dissertations.In this paper,the literature retrieval method was used to study the master’s dissertations of agriculture during the period of 2023 in CNKI.In view of the problems exposed in the master’s dissertations of agriculture,such as the narrow scope of topic selection,the lack of innovation in research content,and the single evaluation standard,the factors affecting the quality of degree thesis were analyzed in depth,and the two-level index evaluation system of master’s dissertations of agriculture was proposed,as well as the key evaluation elements of four kinds of degree thesis forms:theoretical research,research report,product technology research and development and application research,and project management.Countermeasures are put forward to improve the quality of dissertations from the perspectives of quality assurance system,tutor team building,and improving the comprehensive quality of graduate students.It can not only enrich and develop the theoretical system of degree and postgraduate education,but also further strengthen the application orientation of professional degree papers and enhance the application value of degree papers,so as to improve the quality of postgraduate training of agricultural master’s degree and promote the high-quality development of postgraduate education.
