On the basis of mastering common schemes and widening forms,this paper analyzes the key measures for the effective combination of old and new roads in the reconstruction and expansion project from two aspects of roadbed design and pavement design,and emphasizes the importance of drainage design.The aim is to improve the integrity and stability of highway structure and reduce the influence degree of unfavorable factors.
