摘要
主要研究混凝土(PC)预制构件设计生产流程,对预制凸窗、预制外墙、叠合楼板等PC预制构件的深化设计、模具加工、构件生产及运输等全过程施工进行阐述,提倡通过应用三维数字化技术实现应用创新,提高预制构件精细度和良品率。
This paper mainly studies the design and production process of precast concrete(PC)components,expounds the whole process of further design,mold processing,component production and transportation of precast PC components,such as precast bay window,precast exterior wall and composite floor,and promotes the application innovation through the application of three-dimensional digital technology to improve the precision and yield of precast components.
