摘要
为了提升建筑工程造价控制水平,总结了建筑工程造价的特点,基于WBS-RBS法和专家咨询法对建筑工程造价的风险进行识别。同时,分析了决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段建筑工程造价的具体风险和控制措施。
In order to improve the level of construction project cost control,the composition and characteristics of construction project cost are summarized,and the risks of construction project cost are identified based on WBS-RBS method and expert consultation method.At the same time,the specific risks and control measures of construction project cost are analyzed from the decision-making stage,the design stage,the bidding stage,and the construction stage.
