沙氏结肠炎汤联合正念冥想对肝郁脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎的影响

Effect of Shashi Colitis Decoction Combined with Mindfulness Meditation on Ulcerative Colitis of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Type

目的:探讨沙氏结肠炎汤联合正念冥想对肝郁脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的影响。方法:选取2022年8月—2023年8月启东市中医院收治的87例肝郁脾虚型UC患者作为研究对象。根据随机数表法将其分为观察组(n=44)和对照组(n=43)。对照组给予美沙拉嗪,观察组在对照组基础上给予沙氏结肠炎汤联合正念冥想。比较两组治疗前后中医症候积分、情志、睡眠及疼痛,临床疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗后,两组中医症候积分降低,观察组中医症候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)-A、HDAS-D、数字疼痛评分表(NRS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组未观察到不良反应。结论:在美沙拉嗪的基础上加用沙氏结肠炎汤联合正念冥想治疗肝郁脾虚型UC的效果优于单用美沙拉嗪。

Objective:To explore the effect of Shashi Colitis Decoction combined with mindfulness meditation on ulcerative colitis(UC)of liver depression and spleen deficiency type.Method:A total of 87 patients with ulcerative colitis of liver depression and spleen deficiency type treated in Qidong Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into observation group(n=44)and control group(n=43)according to random number table method.The control group was given Mesalazine,and the observation group was given Shashi Colitis Decoction combined with mindfulness meditation.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,mood,sleep and pain before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the two groups decreased,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)-A and HDAS-D,digital pain rating scale(NRS)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Shashi Colitis Decoction combined with mindfulness meditation on UC with liver depression and spleen deficiency type is better than that of Mesalazine alone.
