桃红四物汤对退行性半月板损伤患者膝关节镜术后关节功能恢复的影响

Effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction on Joint Function Recovery after Knee Arthroscopic Surgery in Patients with Degenerative Meniscus Injury

目的:探讨桃红四物汤对退行性半月板损伤患者膝关节镜术后关节功能恢复的影响。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月在广州市增城区中医医院行膝关节镜手术治疗的100例退行性半月板损伤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组膝关节镜术后予以常规处理,观察组在对照组基础上予以桃红四物汤,比较两组疗效、凝血功能、膝关节活动度、疼痛度及膝关节功能。结果:观察组优良率为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后1周凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time,PT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(activated partial thrombin time,APTT)长于对照组,术后4周Lysholm评估法(Lysholm knee function score,LKSS)评分、美国特种外科医院膝关节评估表(knee joint assessment form of American Hospital for Special Surgery,HSS)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后2周、4周膝关节活动度大于对照组,膝关节视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤用于退行性半月板损伤患者膝关节镜术后的辅治效果显著,能有效改善凝血功能,增大膝关节活动度,加快缓解疼痛,促进膝关节功能恢复。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction on joint function recovery after knee arthroscopic surgery in patients with degenerative meniscus injury.Method:A total of 100 patients with degenerative meniscus injury who underwent knee arthroscopic surgery in Guangzhou Zengcheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment after knee arthroscopic surgery,and the observation group was given Taohong Siwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,coagulation function,knee joint activity,pain degree and knee joint function were compared between two groups.Result:The excellent rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thrombin time(APTT)in the observation group at 1 week after operation were longer than those in the control group,the Lysholm knee function score(LKSS)score and the knee joint assessment form of American Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)score at 4 weeks after operation were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the ranges of motion of knee joint in the observation group at 2 and 4 weeks after operation were greater than those in the control group,and the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the knee joint were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taohong Siwu Decoction has a significant adjuvant effect on patients with degenerative meniscus injury after knee arthroscopic surgery,it can effectively improve coagulation function,increase knee joint mobility,accelerate pain relief,and promote knee joint function recovery.
