虎符铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆治疗风热犯肺型咳嗽的效果

Effect of Hufu Tongbian Scrapping Combined with Ear Acupoint Pressing with Beans in the Treatment of Cough Caused by Wind and Heat Invading Lung

目的:探讨虎符铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆治疗风热犯肺型咳嗽的效果。方法:连续性纳入2022年9月—2023年9月在南宁市中医医院接受治疗的90例风热犯肺型咳嗽患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为试验组和对照组,各45例。对照组给予止咳化痰等常规治疗与常规护理措施,试验组在对照组基础上给予虎符铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆。比较两组咳嗽症状评分、中医症候积分、莱彻斯特咳嗽问卷(Leicester cough questionnaire,LCQ)评分和疗效。结果:治疗后,两组咳嗽症状评分、中医症候积分较治疗前降低,且试验组低于对照组,两组LCQ评分较治疗前提高,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:虎符铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆治疗风热犯肺型咳嗽患者可明显缓解咳嗽症状,改善中医症候积分,提高生活质量,疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of Hufu Tongbian scrapping combined with ear acupoint pressing with beans in the treatment of cough caused by wind and heat invading lung.Method:A total of 90 patients with cough caused by wind and heat invading lung who treated in Nanning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to September 2023 were continuously included as the research objects,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment such as relieving cough and resolving phlegm and routine nursing measures,the experimental group was given Hufu Tongbian scrapping combined with ear acupoint pressing with beans on the basis of the control group.The cough symptom score,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,Leicester cough questionnaire(LCQ)score and efficacy were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,the cough symptom scores and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the LCQ scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and that in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hufu Tongbian scrapping combined with ear acupoint pressing with beans in the treatment of cough caused by wind and heat invading lung can significantly relieve cough symptoms,improve traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,improve quality of life,and have a significant effect.
