盐酸氨溴索联合布地奈德对ARDS患者机械通气的治疗效果

The Therapeutic Effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Combined with Budesonide on ARDS Mechanically Ventilated Patients

目的:探讨盐酸氨溴索联合布地奈德对急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者机械通气(MV)的治疗效果。方法:选取2022年11月—2023年11月在莆田学院附属医院接受治疗的96例ARDS患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分成常规组和治疗组,每组各48例。常规组在MV治疗基础上予盐酸氨溴索治疗,治疗组在其基础上予布地奈德治疗,对比两组疗效、血气指标、炎症反应和不良反应情况。结果:治疗组临床有效率、动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、氧合指数(FiO_(2)/PaO_(2))与血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))均较常规组高,白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)与肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)均较常规组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸氨溴索、布地奈德合联用于ARDS患者MV治疗中能改善血气指标,减轻炎症反应,提高治疗效果,且安全性较好。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with budesonide on mechanically ventilated patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Method:96 ARDS patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital(Group)of Putian University from November 2022 to November 2023 were divided into a control group and a treatment group using a random number table method,with 48 patients in each group.The conventional group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride on the basis of mechanical ventilation,while the treatment group was treated with budesonide on the basis of mechanical ventilation.The efficacy,blood gas indicators,inflammatory reactions and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The clinical effective rate,arterial oxygen partial pressure(PaO_(2)),oxygenation index(FiO_(2)/PaO_(2))and blood oxygen saturation(SaO_(2))of the treatment group were all higher than those of the control group.Interleukin-6(IL-6),Interleukin(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in comparison of the adverse reaction rates between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of ambroxol hydrochloride and budesonide can improve blood gas indicators,reduce inflammatory reactions,improve treatment efficacy,and have good safety in ARDS mechanically ventilated patients.
