摘要
目的探讨行为干预对山东省某高校在校大学生性行为健康的影响。方法采取自愿的原则选择2023年5—10月在山东省某高校学习的100名全日制大学生为研究对象。按是否接受行为干预进行分组,各50名。对照组针对在校大学生性行为主要进行相关指标调查,未进行特殊干预;观察组对在校大学生性行为健康进行行为干预。统计2组不良性行为情况、安全套使用频率情况,比较2组性知识指标得分、获得性免疫缺陷综合征相关知识及使用安全套相关知识得分情况。结果干预1个月后,观察组不良性行为总发生率为4.0%,低于对照组的18.0%(P<0.05)。观察组安全套使用频率优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组性行为相关疾病的知晓情况、避孕方法的知晓情况及生育知识得分分别为(86.9±5.6)分、(88.7±6.9)分、(93.5±2.0)分,均高于对照组的(70.1±8.8)分、(63.7±15.8)分、(65.8±11.5)分(P<0.05)。观察组关于获得性免疫缺陷综合征相关知识与使用安全套相关知识得分分别为(89.8±5.5)分、(93.1±6.1)分,均高于对照组的(74.2±10.5)分、(62.7±15.7)分(P<0.05)。结论针对在校大学生性行为进行行为干预可显著降低不良性行为比例,提高安全套使用与预防获得性免疫缺陷综合征的相关知识,促进性知识水平的提升。
Objective To explore the influence of behavior intervention on sexual behavior health of college students in a university in Shandong Province.Methods A total of 100 full-time college students who studied in a university in Shandong from May to October 2023 were selected as the research objects on a voluntary basis.Whether or not to accept behavioral intervention on time was divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.In the control group,the sexual behavior of college students was mainly investigated,without special intervention.In the observation group,the sexual behavior health of college students was intervened,and the bad behavior and frequency of condom use of the two groups were counted.The scores of sexual knowledge indicators,acquired immune deficiency syndrome-related knowledge and condom use were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of intervention,the total incidence of bad behavior in the observation group was 4.0%,lower than 18.0%in the control group(P<0.05).The frequency of condom use in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of knowledge of sexually related diseases,contraceptive methods and fertility knowledge in the observation group were(86.9±5.6)points,(88.7±6.9)points and(93.5±2.0)points,respectively,which were higher than(70.1±8.8)points,(63.7±15.8)points and(65.8±11.5)points in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of acquired immune deficiency syndrome-related knowledge and condom use knowledge in the observation group were(89.8±5.5)points and(93.1±6.1)points,respectively,which were higher than(74.2±10.5)points and(62.7±15.7)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Behavioral intervention on sexual behavior of college students can significantly reduce the proportion of unhealthy behaviors,improve condom use and acquired immune deficiency syndrome-related prevention knowledge and promote the level of sexual knowledge.
