The Construction and Considerations of"Star Rating"Management in Party Branch of Public Hospital

公立医院具有社会公益性质,作为地区医疗卫生健康事业发展的重要依托,且为广大民众的生命安全保驾护航,同时与地区内居民群众就医获得感、幸福感、安全感等方面存在着紧密的关联性。公立医院是国家医疗卫生事业的主要组成部分且发挥重要作用,而坚持党的领导是公立医院公益性质的根本保障。此外,国家相关部门亦相继颁布《关于加强公立医院党的建设工作的意见》等法律法规文件,从而进一步明确指出并要求各公立医院应持续完善与提高党建水平。鉴于此,文章以深圳市南山区妇幼保健院为例,结合医院党支部“评星定级”管理的具体实践情况,通过详细分析背景意义、具体实践及效果,探讨作用机制并得出结论,以期为其他公立医院规范基层党建相关工作提供一定的参考价值。

Public hospitals have a social welfare nature,serving as an important support for the development of regional medical and health care,and safeguarding the lives and safety of the general public.At the same time,they are closely related to the sense of medical satisfaction,happiness,and security of residents in the region.Public hospitals are a major component and play an important role in the national healthcare industry,and adhering to the leadership of the Party is the fundamental guarantee for the public welfare nature of public hospitals.In addition,relevant national departments have successively issued laws and regulations such as the"Opinions on Strengthening the Party Building Work in Public Hospitals",which further clarify and require all public hospitals to continuously improve and enhance their party building level.In view of this,this article takes Shenzhen Nanshan Maternity&Child Healthcare Hospital as an example,combined with the specific practice of the hospital's party branch's"star rating and grading"management.Through a detailed analysis of the background significance,specific practices,and effects,the mechanism of action is explored and conclusions are drawn,in order to provide certain reference value for other public hospitals to standardize grassroots party building related work.
