淀粉接枝聚合物的研究进展

摘要 淀粉接枝聚合物因具有黏度高、耐温、耐盐和可生物降解等特性被广泛关注。但其产物性能受合成条件因素影响较大,淀粉接枝聚合反应原理和影响因素的研究对产物的应用具有指导意义。介绍了淀粉接枝聚合物的合成方法和反应机理,讨论了淀粉与乙烯基单体的单体配比、反应温度、引发方法、pH值、淀粉糊化时间与反应时间对自由基聚合反应的影响。通过优化合成条件可明显提高产物的性能。综述了国内外学者分别在降失水剂、水处理絮凝剂、黏合剂、吸水材料、吸附剂,缓蚀剂等领域对淀粉接枝聚合物的研究和应用进展。并对接枝合成方法提出新的建议,展望了淀粉接枝聚合物未来研究的发展趋势。 Starch grafted polymers have attracted widespread attention due to their high viscosity,temperature resistance,salt resistance,and biodegradability.However,the performance of the products is greatly affected by synthesis conditions,and the study of the principle and influencing factors of starch graft polymerization reaction has guiding significance for the application of the products.The synthesis method and reaction mechanism of starch graft polymers were introduced,and the effects of monomer ratio of starch and vinyl monomer,reaction temperature,initiation method,pH value,starch gelatinization time,and reaction time on free radical polymerization were discussed.The performance of the product can be significantly improved by optimizing synthesis conditions.This article summarizes the research and application progress of starch grafted polymers by domestic and foreign scholars in the fields of fluid loss additive,flocculants,adhesives,water-absorbing materials,adsorbents,corrosion inhibitors,etc.And new suggestions were put forward for the grafting synthesis method,and the future development trends of starch grafted polymers were discussed.
